Set above Bondi’s coastline, the brief eschewed a beach pad vibe in favour of a sophisticated, luxurious home that echoed the couples time living in New York.
Floor-to-ceiling windows open the living space directly to the water, establishing a constant connection between interiors and horizon, while the palette is rich with timbers, blues and neutrals that connect residents to the changing outside views of sea, sky and sand.
Fitted with Subzero and Wolf appliances, a sprawling 3.3-metre long island and seating in the lounge room for 12, the apartment transforms into an entertainers paradise.
Glass finishes, natural stone, and decorative beach details add in a sense of place without overwhelming the scheme, for a finished effect that is restrained and cohesive and shimmers with glamour. No wonder this impressive residence was selected to be featured in Home Beautiful Magazine April 2022.
