Positioned on Sydney’s lower north shore, this six-bedroom, six-level home required a complete interior overhaul.
The brief covered all primary spaces, including bathrooms, laundries and living spaces, with a focus on creating a cohesive environment across multiple levels.
The design approach was informed by the home’s immediate surroundings, with muted greens, deep blues, and neutral tones introduced to reflect the harbour and nearby bushland. The palette remains restrained, allowing material and texture to carry the atmosphere of the space.
Bespoke joinery and built-in elements were carefully integrated throughout, balancing practical use with a refined finish. Warm timbers and natural materials soften the overall scheme, adding depth without excess.
The project was delivered in close coordination with the builder and specialist trades.
Each stage required alignment across disciplines, ensuring consistency from initial design through to final installation.
Each space connects naturally to the next, unified through material, tone, and a clear sense of intent — allowing the surrounding landscape to remain a constant presence.
Arrange a consult
Before any project begins, I like to spend time in the space with you.
We walk through your home together room by room, talking through what’s working, what isn’t, and how the home could function and feel differently.
Often, the best ideas come from these early conversations.
The consultation is collaborative, practical, and full of useful direction from the outset.
