From concrete box to a luxury 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. This is the type of project designers dream of. A true blank canvas to design and transform.
Its hard to believe seeing it now that it was just a concrete box when I first came to view the premises. Working in close collaboration with the owner I was able to design a floorplan to work within the existing services of the building and then create a ‘dream home’ with luxurious finishes and stunning furnishings.
