There can be a number of specialised building skills required on each project from engineers to carpenters, joiners, stone masons, plumbers and expert media and smart home technicians.
We rely heavily on their expertise to ensure our designs are realised and your dreams come true – without the stress and upheaval that most often accompanies a large renovation project.
Our talent is providing a ‘turn key’ exclusive design service for super busy clients. When we are working with our ‘A Team’ of trades from Quay Building & Design and InVogue Kitchens and Joinery they are with us from the beginning to advise and collaborate on the design process. You will meet them early on as we engage a ‘Trade Day’ on site to review all the ideas and take stock of what we have to work with.
Your home is in safe hands with our dedicated team and over 80 years’ experience just between myself, Peter and Luke from Quay and Rob from InVogue. After working with a variety of trades in the early years before we all came together, I know first-hand what it means to have peace of mind working with passionate and experienced trades where attention to every detail is paramount.
We work on complex renovations, additions, extensions and restorations. Your design package can include engineers reports, DA or CC submissions with Private Certifiers or Council. Also architectural plans and construction drawings for your bespoke joinery.
We specify every surface finish, hardware, lighting and architectural fixture, not to mention the incredible furniture, artworks and accessories from bespoke suppliers. Then we price everything! After we have taken your brief the project has begun, leaving you to get on with what’s important and knowing your home is in capable, caring hands.
